Last updated: May 26, 2026

Submit a deletion request

FanSpot can remove or correct data when we can identify the relevant record. This page explains what to send.

Host account deletion

  • Use the data deletion form from the account email address if possible.
  • Include the host email and any private match night links that should be removed.

Guest RSVP deletion

  • Send the invite link, RSVP token if available, guest name, and optional guest email used for the RSVP.
  • FanSpot may need enough information to avoid deleting the wrong RSVP.

Push subscription removal

  • You can disable notifications in your browser or device settings.
  • You can also email FanSpot if a subscription should be removed from the backend.

Venue removal or correction

  • Send the venue name, city, and official source proving the correction or removal request.
  • FanSpot may keep minimal internal notes to prevent re-adding incorrect public data.
