Basic MVP terms for using FanSpot responsibly.

These terms are written for the FanSpot MVP. They explain the basic rules for using the app while the product is still evolving.

Independent service

  • FanSpot is an independent discovery and private match night app.
  • FanSpot is not affiliated with FIFA, tournament organizers, teams, venues, or broadcasters unless explicitly stated.
  • FanSpot does not use official tournament branding.

Responsible use

  • Users must not post abusive, illegal, misleading, or unsafe content.
  • Hosts are responsible for the details they add to private match nights, including location, timing, and guest communication.
  • FanSpot may remove content, accounts, venues, or invites that appear abusive, unsafe, spammy, or incorrect.

Venue information

  • Venue listings may be incomplete, outdated, or based on public sources.
  • FanSpot does not guarantee that a venue will show a specific match.
  • Users should check directly with the venue before going.
  • Likely or featured venue status is not the same as confirmed World Cup screening.

MVP changes

  • FanSpot is an early product and may change, pause, or remove features during development.
  • The app is provided as-is for discovery and planning support.
