Basic MVP terms for using FanSpot responsibly.

These terms are written for the FanSpot MVP. They explain the basic rules for using the app while the product is still evolving.

Independent service

  • FanSpot is an independent discovery and private match night app.
  • FanSpot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, national football federations, clubs, bars, venues, broadcasters, or event organizers unless explicitly stated.
  • Names, teams, venues, and trademarks are used only for identification and informational purposes. FanSpot does not use official tournament branding.

Responsible use

  • Users must not post abusive, illegal, misleading, or unsafe content.
  • Hosts are responsible for the details they add to private match nights, including location, timing, and guest communication.
  • FanSpot may remove content, accounts, venues, or invites that appear abusive, unsafe, spammy, or incorrect.

Venue information

  • Venue listings may be incomplete, outdated, or based on public sources.
  • FanSpot does not guarantee that a venue will show a specific match unless the venue has a confirmed status for that information.
  • Opening hours, access, reservations, age rules, capacity, and match availability should be checked directly with the venue before going.
  • Likely or featured venue status is not the same as confirmed World Cup screening.
  • Venues can request a correction or removal through the contact page or the venue correction flow.

MVP changes

  • FanSpot is an early product and may change, pause, or remove features during development.
  • The app is provided as-is for discovery and planning support.

Legal operator information

FanSpot is currently operated as an independent personal project in MVP/beta, based in Belgium. The project is run by Loïc Dupong. FanSpot does not yet operate under a published VAT number at this stage. For any general request, information correction, personal-data request or data deletion, use the contact form, the data deletion form, or contact us at info@fanspot.be. The applicable jurisdiction is Belgium.
