Important notes about affiliation, venue status, and screening confirmation.
Last updated: May 26, 2026
FanSpot helps people discover likely places to watch matches. It is designed to be useful without overstating what is confirmed.
No official affiliation
- FanSpot is not affiliated with FIFA.
- FanSpot is not an official tournament app and does not use official tournament branding.
- Team, competition, and venue names are used only to identify matches and places for discovery.
Venue status meanings
- Confirmed means FanSpot has a reliable source that explicitly confirms the relevant venue or screening information.
- Likely means the venue appears to be a sports bar, fan zone, or live sports venue, but screening still needs confirmation.
- To verify means the venue was collected from public information but has not been manually checked enough yet.
- Featured means FanSpot may highlight the venue, but it does not automatically mean confirmed World Cup screening.
Before you go
- Venue screening information may need confirmation.
- Opening hours, reservations, age rules, capacity, and match availability can change.
- Always check with the venue before travelling or making plans.
